    Essentially I provide sales consultancy and sales growth services in an effective and flexible way enabling you to pick and choose from a menu of services appropriate to the stage of your business from high growth to sales stagnation. Everything I do is customised to your requirements and helps you grow your sales. I can work full-time for a specific time period but ordinarily I am engaged on an interim or part-time basis to assist with a particular sales project or growth challenge. This often takes the form of a sales review or sales audit, recommendations and then implementing those changes to drive sales growth. I am often engaged as an Interim Sales Director or Interim Commercial Director so that I work “in” your business. I improve sales performance in your organisation by analysing your current sales strategy, sales proposition and methodology, sales processes and sales people and establishing what you could be doing better.
    By having an objective and independent view I am able to see things clearly and ensure that you get results you need in areas such as:
