What has become clear whilst helping existing clients with their sales effort is the difficulty recruiting excellent permanent sales people at all levels. Many companies are looking down the interim or part-time route instead, and using interim sales consultants who can hit the ground running, fill a skills gap, work independently if needed (reducing management time), are usually over-qualified and results-orientated. This provides a far more flexible sales resource than traditional permanent recruitment.

Sales People (UK) Ltd was founded to provide interim and part-time experienced sales consultants across different sectors and industries and across the UK in areas where Jefferson Sales is limited either by sector knowledge or geographic distance from our North London base. We now have a sales associate network across the UK of over 40 sales consultants with Sales Director, General Manager and Managing Director experience. With expertise in sales management and sales performance we are well placed to match companies' requirements to existing interim sales associates' experience and skills.
